Our commitment to women and their work is nothing we joke around about, and if you know us, we can't help ourselves when it comes to a good laugh. We love hearing stories from fellow women who saw needs in their communities and found a way to fix that deficit. They saw a problem and they took care of it, the way we strong women do.  Whether by offering services, goods, or both, the women entrepreneurs we have surrounded ourselves with have built businesses run entirely on intelligence, fervor, eagerness, and pure ambition. They are the go getters, do gooders, and up lifters. And, what's more, our circle of business-minded friends raise each other up confidently knowing that with each other, we are that much stronger. This notion always makes me think of the Mother Theresa quote:

 "I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot; together we can do great things."

Where on earth can one find this harmonious congregation of entrepreneurs?  How can you be surrounded with supportive and caring folk too?  It's so NICE you asked!!!!

On Saturday, March 18th we will all be coming together with families in mind at the 2nd annual NICE (Natural Infant and Child Expo) event in Plymouth, Massachusetts. It is being held at the Hotel 1620 from 10am until 3pm, a well-thought location for its close proximity to the Plymouth waterfront for post-event strolling.  Join the many talented and passionate local vendors all under one roof for food, fun, demonstrations (massage, anyone?), a baby wearing lounge (test out carrying options with knowledgeable experts), activities for children, and so much more (I can't give it all away!).  Liz and I would love it if you did make our table, Rising Tide Women's Whole Life Wellness (we like to call it an "experience") one of your "must see" spots.  It will be there that you can pick up your very own anchor pin.  What does that mean?  It means so much to us that Liz wrote about them here!  In addition to getting your pin, you'll get the lowdown on our philosophy and mission in the birth world.  You'll get to know our all-loving style, and our devotion all things pregnancy, birth, parenting, and womanhood.
